Zurich UK Turns to Chatbot for First Notification of Claims

Zurich UK has launched a “six-week chatbot pilot,” Zara, as its first point of notification of emergency home and motor claims. Zara was developed using themes of behavioral economics with external partners Spixii, an insurtech start-up that came out of Zurich-sponsored StartupBootCamp.
